User-controlled software
The application provides a non-custodial interface for reviewing assets and preparing user-confirmed actions. Availability depends on the connected wallet, selected network, and verified contract capabilities.
No custody or recovery
The application does not custody assets or keys. You are responsible for every wallet confirmation. Burn actions and transfers to inaccessible addresses can be irreversible and may not be recoverable by any party.
No asset judgment
Labels, metadata, verification state, and warnings are informational. “Unknown” does not mean worthless, malicious, or safe. Verify contracts using independent sources.
Network and contract risk
RPC providers may fail, simulations may differ from final execution, gas can change, contracts can revert, and token implementations can be non-standard or upgradeable. Review wallet data before signing.
No financial advice
EVM Incinerator does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice and makes no claim about asset value.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access someone else’s wallet, misrepresent transactions, evade legal restrictions, or test vulnerabilities against systems you do not own or have permission to assess.
